HR Brand Promotion Strategy for Avito in Samara

As part of the “Kreativ na Volge” competition, we developed a campaign rooted in local context. We used the visual code of city routes to naturally highlight career opportunities at Avito. The focus was on stability, accessibility, and long-term growth in customer service and content moderation roles.

Solution

The campaign is built around key messages — “Playing the long game” and “You too…”, which reflect growth, stability, and a friendly environment. We supported this with situational formats inside the office to show that the brand’s values are embedded not only in ads and social media, but in the day-to-day workplace culture.
